Kleenclad™ Duobond Adhesive

Proper Usage for PVC Wall

• The adhesive is supplied as 6.5kg pack which comprises of 2 components in a tub.
• Part A is contained in a bucket while Part B is sealed in a sachet within the bucket.
• The mixture process is carried out using the 60mm paddle mixer on a drill.
• Mix both components A and B together at a ratio of 12 (6Kgs) :1(0.5Kgs) by weight. Stir the mixture until an uniform color is achieved, scraping down the container sides during the mixing process.
• The mixture process is carried out using the 60mm paddle mixer on a drill.
• The adhesive is applied to one surface only, using a 6mm notched trowel. Immediately place the sheets onto the substrate smoothing outwards from the centre.
• Allow the adhesive to cure for atleast 4 to 6 hours before removing the protective film from the Kleenclad™ sheets.
